NICK J. GRACENIN

Sifu Nick J. Gracenin's credentials range through all aspects of Chinese martial arts - athlete, coach, and administrator in national and international wushu organizations.

Executive Board Member of the International Wushu Federation in Beijing, and the Pan-American Director of that Federation, he is also an Executive Board Member of the USA Wushu Kungfu Federation, an Executive Board Member of the US Chinese Kuoshu Federation, and a Board Member of the United Kung Fu Federation of North America.

The 1995 World Championships Bronze Medalist in Tai Chi, Sifu Gracenin is a nine-time medal winner in international competition in various divisions, he has coached many winning athletes, including the 1995 USA Tai Chi and Internal styles All-around Champions and 18 members of USA National Teams.

A top student of World-renowned Master Bow-Sim Mark, he has extensive classical training in all types of wushu, especially the Wudang internal styles and the straight sword. Sifu Gracenin has been privileged to study with many of the foremost experts of Chinese Wushu in North America and Asia, and has been recognized as one of the first non-Asian Masters of his art.

Acclaimed for his teaching abilities, he has conducted seminars in the Americas, Europe and Asia.

Sifu Gracenin is Director and Head Coach of the Chinese Wushu Research Institute in Sharon, Pennsylvania and teaches in the Human Performance and Exercise Science Department at Youngstown State University in Ohio, and for several hospitals, clinics and wellness centers.
